Porto Bay The Cliff Bay Suites
In 1992 James Ward´s first project in Madeira was the Cliff Bay Hotel, a 5 star resort hotel set on a dramatic cliff overlooking Funchal Bay. Now 20 years later we have designed a 5 star plus suite hotel directly linked to the Cliff Bay Hotel, comprising 24 luxury suites with bar, outdoor pool and secluded walled gardens. Hyatt Regency Sharm el Sheikh
A major luxury 5 star resort hotel on the Red Sea, the Hyatt Resort Hotel comprised some 460 rooms and suites, 29 villas, a health spa, five restaurants, souk, children’s crèche, ballrooms and a conference centre.
The interior style chosen whilst contemporary had references to ancient Egypt in the column and freeze decoration and worked well with the Andalusia architecture.

Hotel Savoy Gardens
The complete refurbishment of an existing hotel, Vila Ramos, to create Savoy Gardens a 4 star resort hotel comprising 114 guestrooms and suites, reception, restaurant, hotel bar and extended outdoor swimming pool area, new covered canopy and landscaped entrance area. As a second phase of the work we created an entertainment room and bar within the basement area together with a new Spa and library. Porto Bay Hotel Falésia
The complete refurbishment of an existing 300 room hotel on a magnificent cliff top location in Albufeira. Our work included all of the public areas comprising the reception lobby, main restaurant, Il Basilico theme restaurant, hotel bar, indoor pool and health spa, a new wood pavilion to create a poolside restaurant and bar and meeting rooms, as well as the guestroom planning. A new 4 star plus City Hotel for Group Pestana next to Chelsea Bridge and Battersea Park.
