Rudloe Manor was originally an Air force base in 20 hectares of landscaped grounds. The scheme involved the extension and refurbishment of the original Manor House into a residential training and conference centre and the creation of a Science Park around a new lake. The development was a joint venture with the University of Bath. Individual pavilions contained laboratories and offices.
